Eligibility Criteria for Bachelor of Physiotherapy:
- Educational Background: You must have passed your 12th Standard (HSC) or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) and English. Biology is Compulsory
- Minimum Marks: The candidate must have passed the qualifying examination i.e. Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC/12th Standard) or equivalent examination, from an Institution situated in the State of Maharashtra
- Entrance Exam: You must appear for the NEET-UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test). Maharashtra uses NEET scores for the merit list.

Essential Documents
Keep these scanned and ready, as you’ll need them for both the online upload and the final
college reporting:
- NEET-UG Admit Card and Marksheet.
- HSC (12th) and SSC (10th) Marksheets & Passing Certificates.
- Nationality Certificate / Valid Indian Passport.
- Domicile Certificate (proving you are a resident of Maharashtra).
- Medical Fitness Certificate (in the specific format provided in the NEET brochure).
- Category documents (Caste Certificate, Validity, Non-Creamy Layer) if applicable.
Course Structure at MUHS:
- Duration: 4.5 years.
- 4 years of academic study + 6 months of compulsory rotatory internship.
- Curriculum: MUHS CBELP curriculum
- Exam pattern: yearly
- Number of seat intake at MM College of Physiotherapy: 60 seats
The Admission Stages:
The process is handled by the State CET Cell via their official portal (mahacet.org).

| Registration | After NEET results are out, you MUST register on the State CET Cell website specifically for "Health Science Courses." Without registration the candidate cannot start the admission process. |

| Merit List | CET Cell publishes a State Merit List (SML) based on NEET scores of all applicants from Maharashtra. |
| Preference Filling | List the colleges you want to join in order of priority (1, 2, 3...). |
| CAP Rounds | The "Centralized Admission Process" (CAP) begins. Seats are allotted based on your rank and your preference list. Visit the allotted College along with original documents. |
